BURLINGTON, Vt. – Phillip E. Allen, 58, of Burlington, Vt., died Nov. 11 at his home, following a brief illness.

Born in Lewiston, Aug. 13, 1947, he was the son of the late Conrad and Dorothy (O’Mara) Allen.

Survivors include four sisters, Elaine Lebel of Lewiston, Mary Lou Bears of Washington, D.C., Lorraine Cloutier of Greene and Sally Willard of Lewiston.

He was predeceased by a brother, Paul J. Allen Sr.
