LISBON – Corinne E. Gaynor, 80, of Lisbon, died Saturday morning at Central Maine Medical Center following a long illness.

She was born on March 17, 1925, in Brunswick, the daughter of Russell B. and Drusilla R. Goodwin Plummer. She grew up in the Lisbon area and attended Lisbon schools.

Corinne worked for Maine Electronics as an inspector for several years.

Corinne was also a current member of both the VFW Ladies Auxillary and the American Legion Ladies Auxillary.

Some of her favorite pasttimes included playing bingo, making puzzles, and being an avid reader.

She is survived by one daughter, Linda S. King and her husband, Lawrence, of Zephyrhills, Fla.; two sons, James A. Gaynor and his companion, Yvette, of Lewiston, and David S. Gaynor and his companion, Lou Ella, of Lewiston; two sisters, Constance Holvey and her husband, Robert, of Texas, and Claudia Plummer of Lisbon; as well as three brothers, Russell B. Plummer Jr. and his companion, Edith, of Lisbon Falls, Keith Plummer and his wife, Lola, of Lisbon, and David Plummer and his wife, Janice, of Lisbon; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by one brother, Thomas Plummer, and a son, Earle Baxter.
