LEWISTON – Judy A. King, 64, of Bangor, died Friday, Nov. 18, at the home of her daughter and son-in-law in Lewiston.
She was born in Rockwood on Feb. 25, 1941, the daughter of Charles and Georgia (White) King. She served in the U.S. Army as an E-3 medic from 1959 to 1961.
She was currently employed as a computer operator for Haverlock, Estee & Curran Accounting firm in Bangor, where she had worked for the past 23 years. Judy loved to read, do crossword puzzles, and was an avid Red Sox fan.
She is survived by her daughter, Trina Mercier and husband, Don, of Lewiston; her two grandchildren, Nate and Madison Mercier; three sisters and their husbands, Colleen and Earl Tweedie of Missouri, Sheryl and Ellsworth Haggan and Lorraine and Jim Harmon, all of Florida; two brothers and their wives, Tunney and Marilyn King of Rockwood, and John and Peggy King of Florida; and by many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her sisters, Inga, Anita and Jeanice; and three brothers, Monty, Wilbur and Ken.
