HAMPTON, Va. – Jeff Alan Guay, 45, died unexpectedly Saturday, Sept. 3, at his home in Hampton, Va.

Born Jan. 19, 1960, he was educated in Lisbon schools. He graduated from Lisbon High School in 1977, at which time he entered the U.S. Air Force. He retired as master sergeant on May 31, 2005.

Although his military career took him all over the world, Jeff maintained a love for the Maine woods and looked forward to returning to his home state.

He is survived by two daughters, Brittany M. Guay and Sierra F. Guay, both of Lisbon Falls; his parents, Marcel F. and Anita L. Guay of Lisbon Falls; three brothers, Bruce M. Guay of Poland, Mark B. Guay of Virginia Beach, Va. and Scott L. Guay of Oakland, Maine; a nephew; three nieces; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
