LISBON FALLS – Patricia Sue (Libby) Poulin, 53, of Lisbon Falls, died unexpectedly Sunday morning, Aug. 14, at her home.
She was born Dec. 20, 1951, in Bath, daughter of Philip and Marion Thompson Libby, and had been a resident of this area all of her life.
She was employed as an office manager for many years. An advocate for veterans, she was a member, held offices in and bartended at both the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 9459 and American Legion Unit 158. She was an amazing woman who always sacrificed herself and her time for others.
Survivors include her fianc, Charles J. Smith, of Lisbon Falls; one daughter, Libby (Poulin) Ramich and her husband, Joel, of Lisbon; one son, Gilles Poulin of Lisbon; two grandchildren, Alyssa Briglio and Jack Ramich of Lisbon; one sister, Pamela St. Hilaire and her husband, Conrad, of Durham; three brothers, David Libby of South Glens Falls, N.Y.; Donald Libby and his wife, Dora, of Bath; and Bruce Libby and his wife, Helen, of Pelham, N.Y.
She was predeceased by her father, Philip Joseph Libby, who died on Nov. 4, 1982; her mother, Marion Thompson Libby, who died on June 5,1993; and a baby brother, Keith.
