AUBURN — Trash and recycling scheduled for pickup Tuesday, July 4, (Independence Day) will not be collected. 

Tuesday trash collections will resume July 11. Recycling pickup scheduled for the first and third Tuesdays will continue July 18.

Residents may bring waste and recyclables to Mid Maine Waste Action Corp. on Goldthwaite Road in Auburn from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday, or from 7 a.m. to noon Saturdays.

MMWAC will be closed Tuesday, July 4.
