LISBON FALLS — Debra S. Williams, 58, of Lisbon Falls, passed away Wednesday, July 12, at her home.
She was born in Orlando, Fla., on March 2, 1959, a daughter of the late Marion and Helen (Ross) Bell. She grew up in Neptune, N.J., where she graduated from high school. On Feb. 17, 1979, she married Toby Williams. They moved to Maine in 1990, where they raised their young family. She was a member of the Pioneer Chapter No. 11, Order of the Eastern Star. She enjoyed being a Navy wife and doing needlepoint; but spending time with her grandchildren is what brought her the greatest joy.
She is survived by her husband, Toby Williams; three children, Jeremy Williams and wife, Candace, of Lisbon Falls, Daphnie Williams of Lewiston, Jennifer Hogan and husband, Nicholas, of Turner; four grandchildren, Evan, Deion, Chase and Emmalynn; one brother, Rusty Bell and wife, Judy; as well as many nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her brother, Gordon Bell.

We believe it's important to offer commenting on certain stories as a benefit to our readers. At its best, our comments sections can be a productive platform for readers to engage with our journalism, offer thoughts on coverage and issues, and drive conversation in a respectful, solutions-based way. It's a form of open discourse that can be useful to our community, public officials, journalists and others.
We do not enable comments on everything — exceptions include most crime stories, and coverage involving personal tragedy or sensitive issues that invite personal attacks instead of thoughtful discussion.
