AUBURN – Ruth Marie Parker, died Friday, June 17.

She was born in Lewiston on Feb. 23, 1922, the daughter of Arthur and Edith Shaw Dresser. She graduated in 1940 from Edward Little High School.

On Oct. 19, 1975, she married Elmo R. Parker, who died in 1987.

She was employed at Cummings Cleaners, and later was bookkeeper at Bearce & Edwards.

She was a member of Faith Baptist Church.

She is survived by a cousin, Sandra Duval.
