PHILLIPS – Public graveside services for Blanche Voter of Phillips were held Friday at 11 a.m. at the Evergreen Cemetery, Phillips, with the Rev. John Tolman officiating. Family and friends sang “In The Garden” at the opening of the service. Family members shared personal remembrances. Arrangements were in the care of the Wiles Remembrance Center, 137 Farmington Falls Road (Rtes. 2 & 27) Farmington.
