LEWISTON — Gerald R. “Jerry” Ayotte Jr., 72, of Mechanic Falls, died Thursday, Aug. 31, in Lewiston.

He was born April 17, 1945, son of the late Gerald Ayotte Sr. and Bertha Charest Ayotte.
