LEWISTON – Becky S. Leadbetter, 48, a resident of 739 Lower St., Turner, died unexpectedly Saturday morning, April 9, at Central Maine Medical Center.
She was born in Lewiston, July 28, 1956, the daughter of Roger K. and Bertha (Keene) Sennett. She attended Turner schools and was a 1974 graduate of Leavitt Area High School.
She married Fred L. Leadbetter Jr., on June 7, 1975, and together they had two children, Gabriel and Tanitha. Her greatest loves were family and motorcycling and she always found humor in any of life’s situations.
She was a longtime employee of Central Maine Medical Center, and thoroughly enjoyed sharing laughter with her co-workers. At the time of her death, she was studying to be a medical assistant and was to have graduated in June of this year. She always loved going riding with her husband, Fred, and their motorcycle groups.
Survivors include her husband, Fred L. Leadbetter Jr., of Turner; one daughter, Tabitha and her husband, Ben Brown, of Brunswick; and two sisters, Martha J. Holbrook and her husband, Erland, of Minot and Celina J. Keene and her husband, Raymond H. Jr., of Lebanon.
She was predeceased by her parents; one son, Gabriel; and one brother, Stuart R. Sennett Sr.
