James Moreshead sits on the dock at the Lewiston Falls Station Recreation Area in Auburn and does a little “relaxed fishing” in the Androscoggin River on Tuesday afternoon. Moreshead says that the weight of the day is gone with the very first cast. He has been fishing since he was a little kid. “In the summertime that’s what we did, we weren’t in-the-house kids.”
