LEWISTON – Carmen L. Dionne, 72, of Sunrise Lane in Auburn, died early Sunday morning, March 6, at Central Maine Medical Center with her family at her side.

She was born in Auburn, Oct. 2, 1932, a daughter of Henri and Annette (Croteau) Morissette. She was educated in Lewiston schools and remained a lifelong resident of this community.

On Oct. 7, 1950, she married Raymond Dionne who died in 1968.

She first worked for a number of years at Maine Electronics and later worked some years at C.M.M.C. until her retirement.

She was a member of Sacred Heart Church and in her free time she enjoyed doing needlework.

She leaves two sons, Dan and his wife, Susan, of Auburn, and Paul and his wife, Sue, of Alaska; and three grandchildren, Jameson, Dustin and Crystal Dionne.

She was predeceased by a brother, Richard Morissette.
