PARIS — New Ventures Maine will offer a free three-week Building Confidence class from 10 a.m. to noon Fridays, Oct. 6, 13, 20, at University College.
Building Confidence is open to individuals and couples of all ages and incomes. Anyone interested in increasing their confidence is welcome to attend the three-week class. It will help attendees explore and practice concrete tools to build confidence that can be used to enhance job searches or be applied to day-to-day life activities and goals.
