LEWISTON – Rose D. Poulin, 85, of 43 Manley Road, Auburn, died Thursday, Feb. 17, at Central Maine Medical Center.
She was born in Lewiston, Feb. 7, 1920, the daughter of Adolphe and Louise Michaud Picard.
She was educated in Lewiston schools and was married Aug. 28, 1943 to Lionel E. Poulin who predeceased her June 1, 1994.
She was employed for 23 years at the Lewiston Bleachery, retiring in 1960.
She was a member of the Auburn Catholic Community at Sacred Heart Church and enjoyed her summer home at South Harpswell for 20 years.
She is survived by four sisters-in-law, Laurette Poulin, Therese Gardner, Regina Poulin, and Ruth Poulin all of Lewiston; and 12 nieces and nephews. She will also be missed by friends and neighbors Han and Donna Luonz.
She was predeceased by a sister, Jeannette Olehowski, and a brother, Gerard Picard.
