TRENTON, Fla. – Rita Ruth Gagne Thombs, 83, of Trenton, Fla., died Friday, Dec. 10, from serious injuries sustained in a car accident.

Born in Auburn, she moved to Trenton, Fla., from Sebago Lake 20 years ago. She was a homemaker, and enjoyed cooking and shopping.

She was a Catholic.

She is survived by a brother, James Gayne, of Newport Beach, Calf.

She was predeceased by her husband, Gilbert Thombs.
