1920 – 2004

RUMFORD – Theresa A. Thibodeau, 83, of Middle Avenue, Mexico, died at the Rumford Community Hospital on Wednesday, March 3.

Born in Sherbrooke, Quebec, Aug. 17, 1920, the daughter of Philip and Eva (Moelleur) Thibodeau, she was educated locally and graduated from Mexico High School Class of 1939.

She was a member of St. Theresa’s Church. She was employed at the former Oxford Paper Mill in Rumford, until her retirement in 1983. She enjoyed traveling.

Survivors include her sister, Irene and brother, Wilfred Thibodeau, both of Mexico; her sister-in-law, Alice Thibodeau of Canton, Ohio; a niece; and three nephews.

She was predeceased by her brother, Elphege Thibodeau; and her parents.
