1954 – 2004

NORWAY – Geraldine Emma Madore, 49, of Mechanic Falls died Wednesday, Feb. 4, at Stephens Memorial Hospital.

She was born in New Haven, Conn., on April 28, 1954, the daughter of Andrew and Vera Green Gaura. She graduated from Milford High School in Connecticut in 1972. She attended Mid State College and Husson College graduating with an Associates Degree in Business Administration.

She was employed by Community Partners in Lewiston as a CRMA, Direct Support Personnel. She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary in Mechanic Falls. She enjoyed doing crafts and Range Pond camping for the past 12 summers. She married Randal Leroy Madore Sr. on Dec. 10, 1977.

She is survived by her husband of Mechanic Falls; a daughter, Lisa Willey and her husband Herb of Lewiston; four sons, David Madore of Auburn, Robert Madore and his wife Emily of Sabattus, Randal Madore Jr. and his wife Brittany of Otisfield and Bruce Madore of Seymore, Conn.; five grandchildren, Keith and Victoria Rogers, Luke, Isaac and Goldie Madore; a sister, Phyllis Krush of S. Carolina; five brothers, Charles Gaura of Andover, Charles Rogers of Milford, Conn., Phillip Rogers of Poland, George Rogers of W. Haven, Conn., and Ralph Cookson of Poland; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
