LEWISTON – Carmen L. Ouellette, 88, of 58 Acadia Ave., died Saturday, Dec. 27 at Ste. Marguerite d’Youville Pavilion.

Born in Lewiston, April 18, 1915, a daughter of Louie and Alice Picard Landry, she was educated in Lewiston schools and worked at Bates Mfg. Co.

Mrs. Ouellette was a member of Holy Cross Parish.

Survivors include three daughters, Cecile Buckland and husband, Victor of Newport, Lorraine Maher and husband, James of Newport and Lillian Maher and husband, Greg of Dixmont; a granddaughter and a grandson; three sisters, Cecile Ward of Lewiston, Celine McKeone and husband, Robert of Monmouth and Lorraine Lacasse and husband, Maurice of Lewiston; a brother, Fernand Landry of Lewiston; and two sisters-in-law, Blanche and Madeleine Landry.

She was predeceased by her parents and three brothers Roger, Bertrand and Laurier Landry.
