MILLSBORO, Del. – Germaine Bizier St. Clair, 84, of Fourth Street, Seaford, Del., and formerly of Lewiston, died Thursday, July 22, at Green Valley Terrace Nursing Home of heart failure.

She was born in Canada, the daughter of Leonardis and Merilda Maheux Bizier.

She was married to Roger St. Clair, who died in 1994. She was a homemaker.

She is survived by one brother, Gerrard Bizier of Florida.

She was predeceased by two brothers, Harvey and Jean Paul Bizier.
