LEXINGTON, Tenn. – Leo Octave Fortin, 75, died May 20.

He was born in Auburn, March 22, 1929, the son of Raoul and Lillian (Lebrun) Fortin.

Survivors include his wife, Mary Lillian Brasher Fortin of Lexington, Tenn.; four sons, David and Michael of Auburn, Rene of Huntsville, Ala., and Gregory of Lexington, Tenn; six grandchildren; and two sisters, Jeanne Carbonneau and Gloria Bilier of Auburn.
