LEWISTON – Robert J. Bard, 65, of 123 Pine St., Lewiston, died unexpectedly Sunday, April 18, at his residence.

Born in Guilford, July 22, 1938, the son of Joseph and Gertrude (Chasse) Bard, he had been a resident of this community for most of his life.

He was employed as a cook in local restaurants for many years. He was a member of Holy Trinity Church in Lisbon.

He is survived by one brother, Conrad Bard of Sabattus; several nieces and nephews.
