POLAND – Robert W. Walker Jr., 67, died Sunday morning, Aug. 27, at his home.

He was born in Lewiston, July 31, 1939, the son of Robert Sr. and Glenys Conant Walker.

He graduated from Edward Little High School in 1958. He married his childhood sweetheart, Faye Allen, on Feb. 24, 1967.

He joined the Navy in 1958 and became an aircraft mechanic later working at Twitchells Airport, Oxford Aviation and Twin City Air Services.

He was an avid hunter and fisherman. His favorite place to spend time was at the family camp at Aziscohos Lake.

He leaves behind his wife of 39 years, Faye of Poland, his son, Rick and his wife, Heather; their children, Rick, Cody and Kelsea; his daughter, Jamie Trafford and her husband, Bruce; and their children, Kourtney and Adam; a sister, Judith Day and her husband, Richard.

He was predeceased by his parents and a brother, John.
