NORWAY — The friends and members of the Second Congregational Church, UCC, Main Street, are busy in the barn, sorting, cleaning and pricing items for their ninth annual Tent-N-Treasures Yard Sale, which will be held, Saturday, Aug. 22. 

 
They are accepting donations for the sale. Anyone, including organizations, who has items to donate should place them in the parsonage barn at 201 Main St. Anyone who needs assistance with unloading items should contact the church office at 743-2290 to arrange a convenient time. Pick-up service is also available for large items. 

Keith Ladner, board of trustees chairman, said, “This isn’t your mother’s yard sale. If you haven’t been before, don’t miss it. It is a huge event. All items are very reasonably priced, clean and in working order. Year after year, people line the sidewalks waiting for the opening bell.”

This year the revenue from the yard sale will be used to support the missions of the Second Congregational Church, UCC.
