PHILLIPS — Police have charged a local teenager who allegedly broke a window at a Main Street home with criminal mischief, Lt. Niles Yeaton of the Franklin County Sheriff’s Department said.
Kenneth Nadeau, 18, was described by a witness to Deputy Sandy Burke, but when Burke checked out the area, the suspect could not be found, Yeaton said. The report came in at 11:47 p.m. on Tuesday, July 7.
Cpl. Nate Bean and his dog, Diesel, did some tracking but didn’t locate the teenager, Yeaton said. Deputies received more information later and issued a summons, he said.
