LEWISTON — Central Maine Medical Center nursing students will assist people in
completing a File of Life from 8 a.m. to noon Friday, Oct. 23, at SeniorsPlus, 8 Falcon Road.

A File of Life is a document containing information about current medicines and pertinent health information. Placing it on
the refrigerator at home will make important information available
to emergency personnel in the event of an emergency.

Those who wish to complete a File of Life should bring all current medications in original prescription bottles and all information regarding health history. There is a limited number of Files of Life available so attendees are urged to come early. The free service will be done on a first come, first served basis.
