Good candidates stand on their record, without talking down or slinging mud at the opposition.

I don’t think Peggy Dwyer would belittle an opponent; she has higher standards.

L. Gary Knight has stated many times, too many of our young people leave Maine. Then, when we have a crop of young folks attending our colleges, he wants to ban them from voting. That certainly won’t entice them to stay.

Dwyer has used the phrase “Direct scarce resources where it can do the most good.”

If your resources are not scarce, you wouldn’t understand.

Knight uses that “Knight and day” line, and doesn’t realize how correct he is.

Voters shouldn’t be kept in the dark of Knight. I encourage them to become enlightened and vote Peggy Dwyer.
