With all the hype about conserving gas and fuel, people should remember that the more we save, the more our foreign competition can have to use.
What a bunch of bunk about gas-guzzling SUVs causing the oil crisis.
If every vehicle in America got 50 miles per gallon, the price of gasoline would skyrocket anyway because the oil companies wouldn’t be selling enough to make their obscene profits.
People shouldn’t kid themselves. Every gallon of gas we save is another gallon in foreign tanks.
