I deeply resent the scathing editorial March 27 stating that one of the Auburn councilors is a liar.

The Sun Journal should have known that staff were also told about the hiring of Glenn Aho, and the information could have come from numerous sources. But that would not have been as newsworthy as blaming it on the council.

Readers deserve better.
