I have been in the rental business for 32 years and believe I’ve been a very good landlord with happy tenants.

(Unless they didn’t pay their rent, then of course, they considered me the enemy.) But overall, I found that people are very nice, and I reciproated in kind.

Until I started renting to participants in the Section 8 voucher program.

This program is definitely for the tenants.
