Not long ago, the city of Lewiston became an All-American City. It received an award. I wonder what kind of an award will it receive for the act of greed for placing a fee on rainwater.

Rain is God’s priceless gift to all mankind, for without rain water there would be no life on earth. God’s golden world is ours to share, to love, and treat with care. Rainwater was not created to tax or charge a fee for, it is free from above to everyone.

This is the most disgraceful act of greed that was ever implemented in a city on the most important thing in the world, rainwater, which everyone enjoyed in Lewiston until now.

When it rained a few days ago, I looked up in the sky and said, this rain used to be free, but now it is costing me money. What a shame.
