The terrorists are teaching their children to ignite bombs in crowded places so as to kill as many people as possible with one bomb. They think that is the way for them to enter the kingdom of heaven.

But this country will overcome that malicious threat, just as it overcame enemies across two oceans during World War II, because God is on our side.

A civil war in Iraq will not include the Kurds because they are intent on guarding the richest oil field on this planet.

I thank the Sun Journal for printing columnist Molly Ivins. She had a powerful influence over the world, and her passing was a tragedy to all. We must win the war against cancer soon.
