This is in response to the Dec. 8 story about the hunting accident in Paris, in which a young girl was shot and killed. I find it an absolute outrage that the hunter was not immediately identified. What were officials hiding?
I cannot believe police have not charged the hunter with a crime. I would, at the very least, expect him to be charged with reckless endangerment.
I am led to believe the people in charge are only trying to protect their right to hunt, regardless of the outcome of a hunting trip.
