“Shiites burn Sunnis alive” proclaimed the headline of Lewiston’s Sun Journal on Nov. 25.

Not since the Holocaust, the greatest crime in the history of mankind, has the world experienced and witnessed such utter and vile barbarities as we are now seeing committed by the dehumanized and self-proclaimed followers of the “religion of peace.”

Islam’s sacred sites and mosques are attacked and destroyed, innocent worshipers are slaughtered and burned alive as they emerge from their places of worship, hundreds of bodies are found of tortured and decapitated victims – men, women and children alike – exterminated in the most horrifying manner by their fellow Muslims.

The genocidal and anti-Semitic maniac of the Islamic republic of Iran is poised to intervene and take advantage of this absolute chaos in Iraq.

Let’s hope our President and Commander in Chief George W. Bush will find the inner strength and fortitude to deal with this tragic and dangerous situation, because the fate of Western civilization and the verdict of history depend on it.
