I saw a program on television about Ray Chouinard, who died on Nov 4. I first discovered the “C’est Si Bon” band in July 1981. I was on my way to Rockland for the Maine Lobster Festival. An announcement was on the radio about the Franco-American Festival in Lewiston.

I turned the car around in Brunswick. It was then I heard French songs and music for the first time. I enjoyed 20 years listening to “C’est Si Bon” at festivals, dances and other things. I want to say thank you to Lionel Gerry and anyone else involved or knows of “C’est Si Bon” and how much I loved them.
