Are voters going to be persuaded by people running for office about how they’re going to change taxes? Are people going to listen to the television ads about the effects of the passage of the Taxpayer Bill of Rights? They are all crying about the bill before the voters.

It’s rather simple. If TABOR passes, anyone needing to increase taxes for whatever the reason, can push for a vote. So, with that said, I now have to rethink who gets my vote for governor?

I would like to see voters of all ages get out and vote. Poeple shouldn’t leave it up to the elderly who don’t like change, or to the middle-age people who bear the brunt of paying the bills.

Young people need to realize that taxes affect people of all ages. People who rent need to know that the rents go up because of tax increases. People should become informed, so that they can make informed votes.
