On Nov. 7, I’ll be casting my vote for Larry Poulin for Senate. People say his opponent is a nice lady. Well, I have known Larry for many years and he is a great guy, too.

As the head of research and development at Clariant, he has the intelligence to serve us, and as a family man with a wife and two kids, he has the commitment and values we sorely need in Augusta. We need change in Augusta, now more than ever. His opponent has had six years and things are worse than ever.

Maine needs a new direction. We need new leadership. Poulin has the skills and priorities Lewiston needs.

The same-old, same-old is failing Maine. Larry Poulin deserves the chance to make a difference. He deserves our vote for the Senate.
