I commend the candidacy of Sen. Chandler Woodcock for governor. He is a family man, devout and a man of integrity. His experience includes service as a veteran, teaching and coaching. He is also an enthusiastic outdoorsman.

His plan for Maine, when he becomes governor, includes lowering taxes, reducing stifling regulations on businesses, and controlling the volume and fees of permits required of business entities.

In short, he will seek to take us back, in a very positive way: back to better days, back to lesser regulation, back to more sensible taxation, and back to a higher standard of integrity. In short, he will take us all the way back, to sanity. Back to the future.
