For more than 40 years, the people of Maine have loved sending a majority of liberal Democrats to Augusta.

If the Taxpayer Bill of Rights is voted into law, elected officials will no longer be able to overtax, overspend and over-regulate the people of Maine, thus making it safe for voters to continue sending their favorite liberals back to Augusta, and the Democrats get to keep their power.

Sounds like a win-win for the Democrats to me.
