On March 3, there is an election in Sabattus. Gino Camardese is running for a second term as selectman. He took office two years ago. In that short period of time, he has worked on and received for the town four grants totaling $49,000. Another one for $50,000 is on the way. This money is returned for road construction and has saved us tax money.
He is a certified general assistance agent. He finds aid for the less fortunate people of our town who have fallen on hard times. He is also chairman of the Board of Selectmen.
His main objective has always been to do everything possible to keep the town’s taxes as low as possible.
Sabattus needs an advocate for the people, and he is one. I support Gino Camardese.
Joline C. Loesberg, Sabattus
