This is in response to the Ethan Bien letter, printed Jan. 22. The front-page layout of the lady with the stuffed owls is a local news story. It was colorful and interesting to us born Maineiacs. While Martin Luther King Jr. Day is important to most Southern states, it is not such a big issue here.
