I believe it is time for the taxpayers of South Paris to elect some new blood to the board of selectmen. Things have not changed even with a new selectman joining the board.

In a Sun Journal story Dec. 28, I noticed that our selectmen still refuse to make public the matters under discussion.

Three board members seem to have their own agendas. They don’t even seem to know or care if they are acting legally. I wonder what they are hiding.

There will be two selectman positions open in 2005. I believe the town needs to elect people who aren’t afraid to be honest. The public deserves the truth.
