Peggy Rotundo has been a valuable asset for our community in Augusta as a state senator for the past few years. Quite simply, she is a positive person, standing for the people and environment of the Lewiston-Auburn area.

Having been on the Lewiston School Board, she knows the budgetary process and has made the inevitably tough decisions that come with the territory. Her concerns are broad. By no means is she is a one- or two-issue candidate.

I think she deserves another term in the Senate. We will benefit from her return to Augusta.
