This is in reference to the letter to the editor July 20 from Dr. Edward Walworth regarding motorcyclists and helmets. Obviously Dr. Walworth doesn’t own a motorcycle. If it is medical cost that is the real issue, then make it mandatory to show proof of health insurance prior to licensing or registration.
