LEWISTON – Lewiston Jr. Maineiacs Squirt Travel hockey team ran its record to 8-0-1 in its last nine games with 3-0 victories over Gardiner and Bangor.

The Juniors scored a goal in each period against Gardiner. Conrad Grimmer connected first on an assist from Roman Dennis.

Jeromey Rancourt kept Lewiston rolling in the second stanza with assistance from Cooper Richard. Joe Bisson rounded out the scoring with help from Grimmer.

Devin Dumont posted the shutout.

Dumont weaved his second straight shutout against Bangor. Grimmer grabbed a pair of goal, while Bisson added a goal and an assist. Rancourt and Bryce Legrer also registered assists.
