LEWISTON – Melanson Paving won the Elliot Ave. Little League Major Division title, defeating Healey Associates, 9-3.

Conner Perron and Alex Small were the big sticks, leading the offense with two hits apiece. Nick Belanger and Carter Chabot each chipped in with a double. Belanger pitched five strong innings to earn the win. Perron took the mound in the bottom of the sixth with bases loaded and no outs and retired the next three batters, two by strikeout, to seal the victory.

For Healey, Eddie Emerson was the offensive leader with two hits, including a triple. Tom Hird added a double.
