Library announces basket winners

MEXICO — The Mexico Public Library has chosen the winners of the fall basket raffle. A list of the winners is available at the library.

Proceeds from this fundraiser, approximately $640, will be used to continue making improvements for library patrons and visitors.

The next basket raffle will be in summer of 2018.

Donations needed for auction

WILTON — Farmington Ski Club and the Titcomb Ski Club Education Foundation are seeking donations for the 22nd annual Titcomb Mountain Holiday Auction that will be held Dec. 1.

Auxiliary ordering for poinsettia sale

RUMFORD — Rumford Hospital Auxiliary has announced that pre-orders are open for the annual poinsettia sale. All pre-orders must be submitted by noon on Monday, Dec. 4.

The poinsettias are $10 each and will be delivered to Rumford Hospital and area businesses on Friday, Dec. 8. Pre-orders must be picked up at Rumford Hospital on Dec. 8th. Payment is due in advance or upon delivery.

Payment may be sent to Barbara Belanger, 350 Washington St., Rumford, ME 04276 payable to Rumford Hospital Auxiliary. Funds generated from the sale will help the hospital and its’ staff purchase equipment and furnishings to assist with Rumford Hospital’s ongoing commitment to providing high-quality care close to home for residents of Rumford and the surrounding towns.

The poinsettias will be foil-wrapped and sleeved 8-inch pots.

Andy Valley snowmobilers to meet

JAY — The Andy Valley Riders Snowmobile Club will meet at 7 p.m. the second and fourth Tuesday of each month at the clubhouse from October to April.
