SANFORD – Auburn Suburban Little League’s 9-10 Softball Division All-Stars split a pair of games this week at the State Tournament. Suburban dropped an 11-0 decision to Sanford on Tuesday.

Auburn came back to beat Hermon 10-7 Wednesday. Kory Norcross was the winning pitcher, striking out 7. Shaylin Collins and Kennedy Hubbard had key hits. Lexi Clavet made a fine catch in the outfield. Amanda Williams also sparkled defensively.Auburn was set to play Sanford Thursday for the championship.
