ALBANY, N.Y. – Meg Shea converted a pass from Cally Cooke in overtime to lift the University of New Hampshire to a 3-2 victory over the University of Maine in field hockey action Friday.

Shea gave New Hampshire a 2-1 lead at the 52:34 mark on a pass from Sarah Craigue.

Kelly Newton and Jocelyn Mitchell each scored an equalizer during the back-and-forth contest for the Black Bears (6-11).

Mitchell carried the ball into the circle and took a shot from the left side of the cage at the 58:55 mark to send the game into overtime.
