WATERVILLE – Unbeaten and No. 3-ranked Amherst received goals from six different players in a 6-1 rout of Colby. Duy Lyford scored for Colby (4-5-1).

BALTIMORE – Maryland-Baltimore County used two goals in the first seven minutes to run away with a 3-0 victory over Maine. Nemanja Kostic made three saves for Maine (2-9-1).

BIDDEFORD – Jason Marks scored a pair of goals to lead UNew England to a 2-0 triumph over Anna Maria. Scott Burokas of Auburn made fives saves for the Amcats.

MIDDLETOWN, Conn. – Alan Ashenfelter scored 10 minutes into the game to give Wesleyan a 1-0 win over Bates.

GORHAM – After two scoreless overtimes, Heather Gilman converted on a penalty stroke to lift Southern Maine to a 2-1 victory over Mass-Dartmouth.

USM (11-4) outshot the Corsairs 36-9, but India Lowe had the only shot that beat UMD’s goalie.
